UHM’s Graduate Division provides each graduate program with Achievement Scholarships funds, and a program in turns allocates these funds to its students. This is done by the ICS Graduate Chair each semester to give (full or partial) tuition waivers those students who pay tuition out of pocket. These tuition waivers are granted to current ICS students based on academic merit and progress. Students who want to be considered for a waiver should contact the ICS Graduate Chair.
