This white paper presents information regarding a proposed collaboration between the Collaborative Software Development Laboratory, the Mission Data Systems group at Jet Propulsion Laboratory, and the Center for Software Engineering at University of Southern California. The proposed collaboration would be funded through grants from the NSF/NASA Highly Dependable Computing and Communication Systems Research (HDCCSR) program.
