Ravi Vatrapu to Copenhagen Business School

Ravi Vatrapu (CIS PhD, fall 2007), who has been working as an assistant researcher at UH (formerly in my lab, now in Scott Robertson's), has accepted a tenure-track assistant professor position at the Center for Applied ICT (CAICT) at the Copenhagen Business School (CBS) in Copenhagen, Denmark.

Ravi and Maya will be moving end of January, 2009, and will take refuge from the weather in fully furnished housing that looks like an Ikea showroom!

I will miss Ravi's wit, comprehensive knowledge of many literatures, and ongoing contributions to my Collaborative Representations project, but we expect to continue working together as Ravi pursues his international agenda in Comparative Informatics.
