Required qualifications: One to two years programming experience preferred. Must be able to review, analyze, create, and modify software applications in a multiple system environment. Knowledge or experience with the following technologies is a plus: Visual Basic 6, .NET, XML, XSL, PHP, and java_script. Bachelor's degree in ICS or business preferred.
